About the Policy
ALORAJEWELSLUXE offers you a lifetime exchange/buyback of products with applicable deductions.

How does it work?

Simply Call/Email/Chat with our customer care team and inform regarding the same.

The customer care team will arrange the transaction and guide you through the same (Please send the original packaging, Invoice & the product in this shipment)

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will check the product, to identify authenticity and damages and will connect with you regarding applicable deductions

Please note the shipping charges are borne by YOU
Things to remember

Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for RETURNS

Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the Lifetime exchange/buyback policy.

The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice to be covered under the return policy.
SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders. International orders are chargeable as per location.

It takes 2-5 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.

All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.
HANDLING

Products are dispatched within 12 days of order placement.

This is not applicable for custom orders or orders where design is not provided by us.
